3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a Product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • full refund if you notify us within 30 days of receipt.

  • A repair or replacement if more than 30 days have passed.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Delivery charges will be refunded only if the entire order is cancelled within the 14‑day cooling‑off period.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened or used Products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original Product (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop the shipment. Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies.


8. Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe:

  • Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on courier investigation results.
