This Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our procedures for cancelling orders placed with Imakul8 ("we", "us", "our"). It is designed to comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and other relevant UK legislation.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products, without needing to provide a reason.

This cooling-off period begins the day after you receive your order.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly of your decision to cancel. You can do this via email or the contact form on our Website.


2. Cancelling Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, the standard 14-day cancellation and returns process applies.


3. Returning Products After Cancellation

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period:

  • You must return the Products within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used Products unless they are faulty.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is faulty or incorrect.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • We will notify you regarding your refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.

  • If the entire order is cancelled within the cooling-off period, standard delivery charges will also be refunded.

We do not refund the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


5. Items Not Eligible for Cancellation

Certain items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased via promotions or reduced pricing (unless faulty)

  • Perishable or time-sensitive Products (if applicable)


6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You have 30 days to request a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • We may request photos to verify the issue.

  • We will cover return costs for faulty or incorrect Products.


7. How to Notify Us of a Cancellation

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Photos if reporting damage or faults
